Change of Mind

As our products are handmade and produced in small quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Change in personal preference
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please read the product descriptions and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

Return Shipping

If we ask you to return a faulty or incorrect item, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
